Billaro is a software tool only. We do not provide accounting, legal, or financial advisory services. Users are fully responsible for how they use the data, reports, and documents generated through the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Billaro, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old or legally permitted to run a business
• The information you provide is accurate and lawful
• You will comply with applicable local and international laws
• You have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, you must stop using Billaro.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Billaro, you agree:

Billaro generates reports based on user-entered data. We do not verify:

• Tax rates entered by users
• Client details or transaction accuracy
• Legal compliance of invoices in specific countries

Users should consult professional accountants or legal advisors when required.

6. Data Storage & Hosting

Billaro uses secure cloud infrastructure for data storage and processing.

• Data may be stored in India or other countries for performance and backup
• We follow strong security and encryption standards
• International data handling complies with applicable regulations such as:
• India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)
• GDPR (Europe)
• CCPA (USA)

By using Billaro, you consent to this data processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, logos, and content belong to Scorow / Billaro. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission. Users retain ownership of their business data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billaro and Signox shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, tax penalties, or compliance issues
• Incorrect invoices caused by user-entered data
• Data loss due to device, internet, or third-party failures

Use of Billaro is at your own business risk. If liability is required by law, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
• Platform security or integrity is threatened
